Selling By Extending Help
By admin | July 27, 2009
We could not deny that more and more people are in the state where they could not afford such housing loan, mortgage dues and any type of payments. But this does not mean we could no longer sell a home for a family in need. Yes, there are factors to be considered here - first and foremost, your target client(s) should at least have the capacity to buy and to pay later the monthly dues.
Selling home today might be hard, but there’s a very effective way on how to sell such home to your target clients. Though this is direct selling, you should not directly give emphasis on the home you are selling. Of course, you still need to mention some of the plus factor features of the home, but this is to give the buyer an overview of the home itself.
Instead of talking over and over again about the prices and discounts they will get, try to innovate it. State more on the features where your client(s) to lighten up their loads. The home you are selling could give them more savings instead of payments. And, most importantly, the comfort they will get on such home specifically created for their loved ones needs. This is one way of extending help to your clients
A good example to motivate your client to buy the home you are selling is to emphasize the comfort, satisfaction and the savings they will get. For example, mention some of the benefits they will get with regards to the proximity of the home form their job or workplace. This means, saving more on gas or on fares. Not to mention they could get home early after a day work.
Again, look for benefits your clients will get on a particular sale. Instead of selling, extend some help becasue your target client will feel and see how you care for them and not on how much you will be getting out form their pockets. Extending help is a proven technique on how to sell whatever you are selling.
